Our Mission

BGA’s mission is to empower, uplift, and support melanated women on their mental health journeys. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing platform for conversation, education, and growth. By fostering an environment that prioritizes mental wellness, we aim to shatter the stigma around mental health in the black community.

Our Vision

At BGA, we envision a world where every black woman feels seen, heard, and supported in her journey to mental well-being. Through community engagement, mindfulness practices, and a dedication to authentic storytelling, we aspire to be a beacon of strength, resilience, and unwavering support for melanated women worldwide.

BGA was birthed from a vision – to create a haven where every melanated woman’s voice is heard, her experiences validated, and her mental wellness prioritized. Drawing inspiration from our founder’s personal journey, we bring together authentic stories, mindful techniques, and heartfelt conversations. And at the heart of it all is PinkE, our host, whose face is intentionally covered to symbolize the universal truths and challenges faced by black women everywhere.

Black Girls Anonymous (BGA) podcast strives to empower, enlighten, and embrace black women from all walks of life. Led by PinkE, our mission is to destigmatize mental health within the black community, moving away from trauma into love, providing a nurturing space for spiritual growth, and creating a family where every voice is heard and valued. Through candid conversations, guided meditations, and actionable insights, we aim to build a community rooted in strength, resilience, and unwavering support.

We are committed to shattering the stigma around mental health in the black community by fostering an environment where mental wellness is prioritized. Drawing from the personal experiences of our founder, we provide relevant resources, share lived experiences, and create engaging content that resonates with our audience. By offering mindfulness techniques, journal prompts, guided meditations, and open discussions, we aspire to inspire self-love, healing, and resilience among melanated women worldwide.

At BGA, we believe in the power of community, the strength of shared stories, and the healing potential of mindfulness and spirituality. We are dedicated to ensuring that every melanated woman feels seen, heard, and supported in her journey to mental wellbeing.
